Verification of Qualification Compliance
Core Requirements: Products must possess a compliance report issued by a testing agency designated by the Civil Aviation Administration (CAAC). Markings must be complete and clear, explicitly stating the model, luminous intensity class, and applicable standard number.
Determination Rule: Products lacking a valid test report or missing required marking information are immediately deemed non-compliant.
Verification of Core Optical Performance
Luminous Intensity Deviation: The deviation between actual effective luminous intensity and the nominal value must be within ±25%; exceeding this range renders the product non-compliant.
Flash Frequency: For medium/high-intensity lights, the flash frequency error must not exceed ±5%; low-intensity lights must remain steadily lit without flickering.
Light Color: Must be standard red or white; color deviation or color mixing is not permitted.
Electrical Safety Performance Testing
Insulation Resistance: Insulation resistance must not be lower than 2 MΩ; failure to meet this standard poses a risk of electrical leakage.
Grounding Resistance: Grounding resistance must be less than 10 Ω to ensure electrical safety during lightning storms.
Voltage Adaptability: Must operate normally within the wide voltage range of 180V–260V without burnout or intermittent power loss.
Verification of Environmental and Mechanical Performance
Enclosure Protection: Protection rating must be at least IP55, capable of resisting the ingress of rain, sand, and dust.
Weather Resistance: The light must remain operational after exposure to temperature extremes (-40°C to 55°C) and salt spray testing.
Mechanical Strength: The lens must not shatter upon impact; the unit must function normally after a 1.5-meter free-fall drop.
