Proper Installation Method for the Battery Box

Preparation
Ensure the power supply is completely disconnected. Prepare tools such as a screwdriver, multimeter, and insulated gloves. Verify that the battery box is compatible with the battery model and clear the installation site of debris and dust.

Securing the Box
Align the battery box with the designated mounting points (e.g., the specific location on the vehicle frame). Tighten the front and rear mounting screws in sequence, ensuring the box is stable and free from looseness or shifting.

Wiring Connections
Strictly distinguish between positive and negative terminals based on the markings. Connect the battery leads to the corresponding ports inside the box and tighten them securely. Once connected, use a multimeter to check the total voltage of the battery pack to ensure there are no short circuits or reversed polarity issues.

Functional Testing
Close the internal circuit breaker and power on the system to verify that the equipment starts correctly. Inspect the interior for any abnormalities regarding heat dissipation or wiring, then lock the box door to complete the installation.
