Visual Inspection
Regularly inspect the enclosure for signs of rust, leakage, or deformation; clean oil and dust from the surface; and verify the integrity of door locks and seals to ensure the enclosure's protective performance meets standards.
Performance Testing
Every two months, check individual battery cell voltages and terminal contact conditions; conduct a battery capacity test annually; and promptly replace any faulty batteries that fail to meet performance standards.
Environmental Control
Avoid exposing the battery enclosure to extreme temperatures (below -10°C or above 50°C) for extended periods; prioritize slow charging modes; and, during long-term storage, maintain the charge level between 50% and 70% while performing periodic top-up charges.
Safety Checks
Inspect internal wiring for damage or loose connections and ensure heat dissipation channels remain unobstructed; calibrate associated temperature sensors and fire safety components quarterly; and proactively identify potential risks of thermal runaway.
