Pre-installation Preparation
‌Tools and Materials‌: Prepare tools such as a screwdriver, multimeter, insulated gloves, and a cleaning cloth; verify that the battery box is fully compatible with the battery model.
‌Environmental Check‌: Clear the installation area; ensure the site is dry and well-ventilated, free from open flames and flammable or explosive materials, and that the floor's load-bearing capacity meets the equipment's total weight requirements.
‌Safety Precautions‌: Disconnect power to all related equipment and verify that there is no residual voltage in the circuits to be connected, thereby preventing the risk of electric shock.

Securing the Battery Box
‌Positioning and Securing‌: Place the battery box in the designated location; use embedded bolts or the supplied screws to rigidly connect the box to the floor or chassis, ensuring seismic reinforcement.
‌Internal Inspection‌: After opening the box, remove any foreign objects; verify that power cables and data acquisition lines feature double insulation and clear labeling, and ensure high-voltage and low-voltage lines are routed separately to prevent contact or abrasion.
‌Locking Verification‌: Manually slide the battery pack into the box's guide rails; after hearing the "click" of the locking mechanism, pull the handle to confirm the battery is securely locked and free of looseness.
