Internal Layout Compliance: Ensure batteries inside are not stacked or crushed against each other; maintain a ventilation gap of ≥2cm around the perimeter; check for casing deformation, dents, or damage.
Sealing and Protection: Ensure the gap is uniform when the box door is closed; verify the sealing gasket is intact and undamaged; confirm all waterproofing and dust-proofing components are present.
Electrical Connection Verification
Polarity Matching: Cross-check markings to ensure positive and negative terminal connections are correct; verify there is no reverse or incorrect wiring.
Connection Security: Ensure all terminals are tightened securely; verify exposed cables are properly insulated; check for loose connections or damaged cable insulation.
Insulation Performance: Use a multimeter to measure insulation resistance; ensure resistance for each circuit is at least 0.5 MΩ and there are no risks of short circuits or open circuits.
Functional and Performance Verification
Voltage Parameters: Use professional tools to measure battery voltage, current, and internal resistance; ensure all values meet design specifications.
Operational Stability: Ensure the equipment starts and operates normally upon power-up; check for abnormal heat, unusual noises, or fluid leakage from the battery box.
Indicator Lights: Verify that battery status indicators on the dashboard or Battery Management System (BMS) display normally, with no fault alarms or error warnings.
