Taxiway Guidance Sign

The Taxiway Guidance Sign is manufactured in strict accordance with ICAO aviation standards and China Civil Aviation MH/T 6011 specifications for airport signs. The main body is fabricated using integrated aluminum alloy or stainless steel sheet metal forming technology, combined with high-reflective aviation-grade reflective film. The character size, color scheme, and spacing are designed to meet airport flight area guidance requirements, providing clear identification for taxiway numbers, turning directions, runway intersections, and aircraft parking routes.

The product adopts a reinforced thick-plate structure with strong wind resistance of ≥45m/s, ensuring long-term outdoor operation with excellent resistance to deformation and fading. The sign panel supports single-sided or double-sided visibility customization, making it suitable for low-visibility conditions and nighttime flight operations. The reflective performance remains stable under rain, snow, and other weather conditions.

According to airport layout requirements and taxiway planning, the sign can be customized in size, graphic layout, and mounting structure. The non-powered reflective design reduces maintenance requirements and provides a reliable ground guidance solution for airport operations.

Our factory operates a 6,000㎡ standardized sheet metal production facility equipped with laser cutting machines, CNC bending equipment, and riveting systems for independent manufacturing without outsourcing. We are capable of handling large-volume airport signage projects with stable production capacity.

All aviation signs undergo engineering review based on civil aviation specifications before production. During manufacturing, professional technicians inspect dimensions, surface quality, and reflective film bonding accuracy throughout the process.
